The Program Must Block Certin things and detect Spyware Like a Virus Scanner/Fire wall. The Blocking needed is very important and no one is doing it as of Now and probably never will till they see it being done elseware. The Blocking Method is Extreamly important The Proram must run in a System tray The mock up must be for XP when finished be able to run on 95,98,winme,Nt4,2k,XP i can only talk about the blocking methoad via email the other stuff is easy This Program is for Internet Explorer 6 and should work on other versions as well. No Outside ocx or dll please All Code Must be Done in VB6 Only Upon Completion We have MOCK up SAMPLE Source code for the Popup Killer and ho it should function with working vb6 code we are missing som things but the source code we have blocks and logs and has ini function. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) NO Installation package Required. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Platform for testing can be all the above but We need it to run on XP and be writtin so that even a 300 mhz system can run it with a 256 video card so even the dumbest computer system can run it. ## Deadline information Only want bids from coders in the following time zones...
