Appointment call back system

We are needing someone to build a appointment call back system. We have a appointment system software that is build in vb.net and sql. The call back system would need to find the appointment that are within user defined time and call them via dialogic and regular telephone line . We will aslo give you access to our teletools compnents <[login to view URL]> we have the enterprise version for you to use _on this project only_.. Here is an example The end user inputs into the system call all appointments 48 hours before they occur. The system find the first persons that meets this requirement and it call them and plays "You have an appointment with XYZ compnay on Monday January 12th at 9:34 am, to change this appointment please call 934-923-9234" then it will hang up and call the next and so on. The user will define the timethreshold for the call before the appointment time, the user will also define the call hours of the system, ie betweem 9 am and 6pm monday through friday. The system will then generate reports of the calls and outcomes etc.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
