Debug and finish incomplete Outlook & SQL project

First Coder successfully completed Project #1, which sent Outlook activity data to an Access database.? Second Coder was hired on Project #2 (to modify Project #1), so that Outlook data would go instead to a SQL Server database.? After much work on Project #2, Second Coder couldn't get his solution to run in my environment, & had to go out of town before compleing Project #2.? Impressed by his efforts (and he said he got it to work on his machine), I offered to halp him avoid a rating of "termination due to coder fault". Thus, I offered to hire a coder (you, "Fixit Coder", i.e., the successful bidder on this job listing) to: 1.? Review the attached code (from the Second Coder), figure out what's wrong, & fix it; and 2.? Connect to my machine via [login to view URL] (view-only access) & Skype, and talk me through installing and troubleshooting the addin to ensure it is reliably sending data through to the SQL Server. Second Coder's solution was developed in Visual Studio 2005. He told me to say: I.? He attempted the following troubleshooting steps: ---A. He reviewed the assembly security levels for the addin. ---B. He created a simple Addin (just displays a messagebox on connection).? ? ? His simple COM Addin also failed to load on my XP Machine running Outlook 2003 (which is also the ? ? development machine).? However when his simple COM Addin was installed on my XP machine running ? ? Outlook 2007, it ran fine. ---C. He extended the simple Addin to trace events from Outlook (i.e., just display a message box when the selection in an Explorer changes). ---D.? This COM Addin failed to load on the XP / Outlook 2003 machine, but it installed on the XP / Outlook 2007 machine. ---E.? The onConnection messagebox fired, however subsequent messageboxes failed to appear on selection change. ---F.?
