Adding features to existing free classifieds site

On the homepage of [login to view URL] I would like to have all the categories as headers and subcategories bellow them, with a small animation next to the main category in line with the other animations on the site. The animation should only be small. The main categories will remain the same and should not be connected to the admin page and should never be changed, but the subcategories should be linked to the control panel and may be added to, edited or removed. The other change is on the adverts pages I want to add more search features. So at the top of the page I want to add a sort button to sort by distance, nearest first. I also want at the side of the page on top of the subcategory’s a box for display ads within, and then a drop down box with entire country, 5, 10, 15, 30, 50, 100 miles in. So users can view adverts in their area. I also want the site map feature at the top of every page. So it shows users where they are and allows them to jump to previous pages e.g. home>vehicles>cars>Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 and the user can click on any of the previous pages. Another search feature that we also use already, is that I want to also display on category pages is price: from – to, we use this in the drop down search but I also want it on advert pages. Also the tick box to show only adverts with pictures only, I want that also on the category pages. When a user emails a seller at the moment it just opens an Outlook express window. Making all the email addresses of users on the site viable instead i want to make it that when a buyer presses email seller it takes them to a page on Membe that has a subject line and description and a secruity box, this way it keeps the sellers email address safe.
