Additional functionality to our Wordpress site

Recently we hired a developer via Freelancer.com to build the website Moovmii.com. They build the website in Wordpress. We now want to change some text at the homepage, add text and flaggs to the homepage and add landingpages per country. Besdides we want to have some additional things to be done. It is not very much work and we think it is not very complicated to implement.

Please delete the text at the homepage and place the text in the attachment. The text need to be placed at the same positions.
At the bottom of the homepage, directly under the alinea "What we can do for you?" the text and flags of attachment 20140527 - Moving to Top 10 [login to view URL] need to be added. This needs to be designed in a way that it looks good and is nicely integrated in the site. Some design feeling is needed here.

In total 10 landingpages need to be added. URL structure should be:

These pages need to be nicely designed. Together with me we need te decide on how the design should look like.
The quote form functions different on a mobile device as on a desktop. On every landingpage (per country) the form needs to be added. It is important that the form keeps functioning as it does right now.
In the form the visitor needs to fill in the country where he is moving to. When a visitor goes to for example the page [login to view URL] the (moving to) country needs to be filled in already in the form. In this case Germany.
Besides the things above there are some other things and issues that need to be solved.
Design part we wil do ourselves.
Small issues wil max take 10 minutes.
