Adult Site (Joomla) with Integrated TGP Software Program - $100 budget

Looking for a Joomla site integrated with my existing TGP software program. The software program is pretty simple to use and that is why I want it to be integrated for the galleries. I have the template I want to use as well with Joomla but it needs to be re-designed to the required needs of the site. Site design will be similar yet different in style to [login to view URL] Site should be integrated with the software that will allow easy alteration to site pages without a bunch of redesign. The TGP software pretty much does this, it just needs to be coded into the template. The software is TGPX from JMB software. Check it out if you like. The site is to be as such: A home page style to be "similar" to [login to view URL] A thumbnail gallery to "similar" to [login to view URL] A featured/best page "similar" to [login to view URL] An advertising/links page "similar" to [login to view URL] A private submissions page that allows users to upload their own personal amateur pics with a mandatory terms of agreement, copyright, and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement acceptance requirement. Need to additionally have option for a members only password protected area Top graphic is to be similar on a rotating type system that rotates through about 15 images complete with the "This image provided by" notation that will need to work with the banner rotators like a caption option(open to any other suggestion too) Need Paypal payment option for link request. This may need to be set up to forward to another page under another domain name due to Paypal Terms, but will be just a simple payment page only.
