Advanced WordPress design for website

AutoMagi is a programming house for web and mobile platforms. Our customers are some of the largest publishing houses and media brands in Norway. We currently have a web site with a working theme running on WordPress. For this web site, we would like a new theme, and also make our frontpage a collection of pages like the design of [login to view URL] Each screen should be clickable to bring you to the «next» screen further down the page. At the same time the links on each screen should also work, to take you to the links. The screens on the front page should all be fluid and adjust to different screen resolutions. It should be valid html5 and also work well on mobile devices, in particular ipad and iphone. This is the overall idea of the new website: [login to view URL] Though we are looking for something more bold, we also like our current website: [login to view URL] Please note the way ComicSansCriminal uses a fixed menu and a fixed ad element on the right hand side, which both stays fixed when jumping through the different «screens». Also note how those two elements uses opacity. We think something like the ad element could be used to position our logo and short contact information. These are the screens we need: 1. The 1st screen will have the function of our «business card» or presentation on the web. This screen will containt the title, a big photo and a lead with our latest, featured project. It should also contain our latest message from Twitter and our Facebook like fans. If clicking on the photo, title or any links, you should go to the corresponding entry or link. If you click anywhere else on the screen, you should jump to next screen (like you do on ComicSansCriminal). 2. The second screen should be a screen with more of our projects presented as a coverflow. Each project should have a big image, a short description and a link to that projects WordPress entry. 3. Third screen should contain links to our latest blog entries. 4. The fourth screen should contain a presentation of companys history and a profile photo. 5. The fifth screen should contain our contact information and a cool form for contacting us. We like the last screen on comicsanscriminal, and also this page [login to view URL] --- When clicking a link to a featured project, it should open as a traditional blog entry. If you click anywhere else on these screens, they should take you to the next screen like on ComicSansCriminal. The menu should be fixed with opacity like on ComicSans. Our logo should also be fixed and placed like the ad on ComicSans. Please note the opacity there. One of these screens designs should also function as the design for our blog entries. The design must be in html5 and should work on web, iPhone and iPad. For iPad, we will probably use our homepage as a fast presentation of our company in meetings etc. --- We like minimal design with clear priorities, not crowded web pages. Needs to be valid html5, and render perfectly in both browser, iPhone and iPad. Copyright of completed project will be ours. We will only place money in escrow after seeing a draft accepted by us. When we accept the design, we will place half the money in escrow. When functionality is working, we will place rest in escrow. Both escrows will be released when project are working on our servers.
