Agriya Script Template Design and Integration CAKEPHP

I'm looking for a developer/designer with some Agriya script experience (preferred) although not required. The script from Agriya is Burrow ([login to view URL]). This is just the first step for my overall project. I'm looking to establish a relationship with a designer/developer/coder for further development and customizations of the script. To start off, I'm looking to having the front page designed / integrated into Agriya's burrow and the theme applied to the overall site. Good communication and friendliness is definitely favoured. I'll provide the front page layout / logo and any graphic that I've created or you can create your own based on my concepts. Please see attached for sample front page I am looking to create. There are a number of ajax / on hover / on click menus to be incorporated as well. More details will be provided to the awarded bidder. The time line are as follows: 1. Award win and details 2. 5 days to study / look at the script / site / prepare post award 3. Up to 15 days to integrate / design and test the new design ****When applying for this project please provide some examples of your past design work and also examples of your past coding work*** It would be great if they were Agriya scripts as well but not mandatory.
