Hello, looking for someone to develop a multi-page online order form for a Joomla site using Breezing Forms if possible. It should have the ability to calculate fees depending on the services selected and then give a total at the end. The form would have a summary page that they can then "submit" and also save/print to PDF. I would be interested in a further option that pushed this total out to VirtueMart somehow so it could be tied to a payment gateway, but this is a secondary need. We would then use this template to "copy" and make only slight adjustments in the text above and some of the services and fees as they vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If created in Breezing Forms this should be simple for us to do once the basic template is designed. To get a very good idea of what we are looking to do please see [login to view URL] if it would be possible to take the total that adds up at the end after all of the services are selected and push this out to VirtueMart or somehow to Gate2Shop [login to view URL] this would be great.
