HIGHLY SKILLED PHP/MySQL/CSS Person(s) only apply. The site is http://www.browardgreaterthan.org. It will require some simple PHP and CSS modifications. It has two MySql PHP databases for HIV Testing and Condoms. Fixes Needed: (see attachment for details) 1. The Condom database freezes while loading for 40 [login to view URL] putting in a zip code (ex: 33311) [login to view URL] 2. Main page of site: Get Tested or Find Condoms says: use current location or zip code. Replace this with a form to type in a zip code and option to use current location. (must link to databases)(see attachment) 3. HIV and Condom Locations: change default to M instead of KM 4. Adjust positioning on databases as when you click on a location, it moves up. 5. Adjust .css on address: separate the address and city on two different lines 6. Site must be render smoothly in IE8 7. Other site clean-up, etc. Please allocate how much time it should take you to complete the above tasks.
