Create a user content driven website by customizing GeoTheme V3:

Also need a matching look and feel forum built/integrated with this website using a common social login as the rest of the site enabling seemless user navigation across the site.

The theme will be used for an industry other than Travel, so many functionality may be used as it is in the theme and many others will require code to be modified to achieve the desired results.

• Going through the features of GeoTheme at www.geotheme.com to get an understanding of what standard features of GeoTheme you may be able to use and what you may need to be customized in their code to achieve my specific requirements.

The website will be an enhanced directory listing type website (not for the travel domain) with the primary focus areas: listing, reviews, blogs, forum (discussion board), listing management and user profiles. The site would need to be built using open source and free technologies.

Key features:
• Login for the entire site would need to be common, so that the user can seamlessly go from one part to the other. I would like to use social login and no user should be to contribute content in any way (comments, reviews etc.) anonymously without logging in.
• Member Profile - On login, the member will have a page with his personal details and his contributions to the site (posts, reviews etc.)
• Social Media Integration - would be at relevant places to allow login, share, follow and finding friends with similar interests
• Email list management – Integrate with my MailChimp account
• Listing Management - Listed organizations will also have a section where if registered they can manage their listing page in a few ways such as updating the listing, responding to reviews etc. again similar to tripadvisor.com and yelp.com
• Reviews and ranking – Ranks will need to be calculated based on reviews received and shown on the listing pages
• Analytics - Embedding of analytics everywhere required to give maximum information including track clicks on different links, visitors, referring urls etc
• Strong and common user administration across the sections including user roles and permissions/access
• No links of your organisation to be places anywhere on the page including site created by

Key sections:
1. The Home Page will be similar looking to GreatSchools.org

2. Section 1 will be "Reviews" which will allow for users to request addition of new organizations and post their reviews for these organizations. This will need capture the users IP address and to go through some built in approval cycle before getting published (Similar in functionality to Yelp.com and tripadvisor.com)

3. Section 2 will be a blogs section - the layout for which will be similar to the "Hubspot Blogs" at blog.hubsot.com.

4. Section 3 will be a discussion board / forum


Project Description:

• It should be scripted using clean, modern and user friendly format using different modern technologies such as: SEO friendly URLs, ajax comments and ratings without page refresh, organisation location on Google Maps etc.
• It should be written using free/open source technologies – such as PHP using MySQL.
• It should include a caching engine for big traffic as well as a possibility for scalability.
• Responsive web design that looks good on mobile devices as well
• Test on all major browsers
• Pass all rules for desktop & mobile at https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

Payment schedule will be as follows:
• 10% on start of the job
• 20% on approved implementation of the Forum and Blog section
• 30% on approved implementation of Home Page & Reviews section
• 40% on approved delivery of the rest of the project
