My project involves developing a website that has similar platform as freelancer/o-desk/elance and offers similar features and services. Below are some of the features I would like to provide to users/consumers/customers: 1. Creating a detailed profile. 2. Using a detailed and directional drop down tool/menu and auto fill option customer should be able to complete and post the work request accurately. 3. They should be able to create job request with option to select specific dates/time and price range. 4. Receive and Review quote that are submitted by bidders (bidders should show up geographically on the map) 5. Select a bidder and communicate with them. 6. Be able to pay via escrow/paypal/or other payment portal. 7. Review bidder post job completion. 8. Receive service details and payment receipts via email or display it on their dashboard. Below are some of the features I would like to provide our service providers/bidders: 1. Create and manage their profile. 2. Service provider should be able to review service request/job posting. 3. They should be able to send a quote/bid on a specific job. 4. They need to have an option available to propose alternative date and time for their bid/proposal. 5. Build their portfolio online. 6. Attach Google map with their profile. 7. Upload certifications 8. Upload company info 9. Make profile featured 10. Search project and/or receive automatic update for job posted within certain radius 11. Be able to send a detailed invoice for job performed. 12. Receive payment post job completion. 13. Receive review from user. I am looking for bid from freelancers or companies that can handle entire project.

But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own.
