Build an online meeting scheduling website with numerous time zones

Hi, I require a modern, sleek looking website to be designed very simply. The website should display a banner, and a few links. The links required would be: About me Services Testimonials Rates Book a session All the pages are very simple static web pages, except for the "book a session" part. The other pages only require images, text and embedded video. The "book a session" page should show a calendar. This calendar must show all the times that my clients can book times with me. So I will be able to access an admin page where I can set which times I am free during each day of the week (one standard set of times, and then the ability to change specific days). The users should then be able to select their own time zone from a drop down box and the calendar should show all the times that I am available, but in my clients timezone. The client should then be able to book a session using an e-mail address and a password with a captcha to prevent spam. When the user books a session, they should be given the option to leave some additional information too. They must be sent a confirmation link to their e-mail before the session is logged in the system. Finally, there should be a page on the admin section that allows me to view what sessions I have coming up in a weekly calendar format. People have to book sessions with 24hrs notice as well. If you want to know what the website will be used for, here you go: I am starting a website where people contact me who are upset, sad or anxious and need some guidance. I want to be able to have them easily book sessions with me, and have it so all the information about my services etc are all there so I don't have to keep repeating the same answers to my clients. The clients can pay whatever they feel comfortable with after the session and half of the money they pay goes to charity :) If you need more information, please send me a private message.
