Build website + Write/code Steam trade bot.

Hi, I am the co-owner of CS:GO Betting Advice ([login to view URL]), the largest site for predicting up-coming CS:GO matches in the professional e-Sports scene. My partner has been working hard on the facebook page, growing it to 35000+ likes and we've now decided we want to start monetising this but also making it more simple for users to use, which is where a website naturally comes into play. We originally had someone doing a simple PHP website ([login to view URL] - clearly unfinished), but it seems like he has bailed. We'd like someone to further develop our site, or start from scratch - whichever is easiest. We'd like a monthly subscription system, a new forum panel and a clean, text-focused design that's easy to navigate and read. For the subscription system, we'll be accepting the normal methods (PayPal, Visa etc) but we'd also like to implement a Steam trade system where a bot would send/receive the in-game items to be used as payment for the premium subscription. We'd ideally be looking for someone that can both develop the website and also code a Steam trading bot but I'd like to hear from you if you can do either of those. Many thanks, Jay Howard.
