Weeding planner needs a site to operate business.
1. CMS preferred is Joomla.
2. A template may be used but modification of the template must be compliant with joomla architecture so that future joomla upgrades are possible.
3. Site must feature a video player on front page
4. Video player must occupy slider position when being played. When stopped, slider should resume
5. All menu buttons must be image based. as shown

About Us: A folder of a wedding planner
Services: Wedding car/limousine
Packages: Gift wrapped up
Galleries: Set reception table/flowers with centrepiece
Testimonials: Wedding gown similar to above image
Contact Us: Phone box e.g. London phone box but in black and white
6. Images of menu buttons should be changeable in Control panel
7. Template must be responsive - accessible, readable, user friendly, navigatable and complaint to all mobile devices
8. Features on the following sites should inspire creativity for the wedding planner site

11. Background should be same as current site. (Lusture and texture) of the current site's background is very appealing to the client.

15. Developer must be flexible to allow modifications of site as needed to meet clients demands and satisfaction
