CS-CART Event/Registry Modification

I have some requirements I would like you to review and provide a quote for enhancing the Events/Registry addon. If you can proivde $$ and time that would be great. Thanks Manish Requirements for Registry Modification 1) Add new fields to Events – Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number 1) Search on the following Fields when search Events is selected 1. Owner – this title should be Registrant 2. Subscriber – this title should be Co- Registrant 3. City – New filed associated with event 4. State – New filed associated with event 2) Do not load up events list automatically when the search page is loaded, only load events when a search is done with some of the criteria above. Currently when you get to the search page it automatically loads all of the events and this is time consuming and not necessary. 3) When an event is selected, and the List of Desired Products is shown, provide a PRINT REGISTRY Button option that will format the entire list and allow it to be printed with Header information 1. Registrants Name 2. City State Zip 3. Store information 4) When making a Purchase from a registry, there should automatically be a SHIP TO the Registrants option. This should select the Registrants address and have the item shipped there.
