CPA online sports betting website

I need someone to create me an online CPA sports betting website. Here is a list of what it would entail: 1. The site would need to look professionally created 2. Upon arriving the user would need to register or log in (either by registering or via facebook) 3. Once in the site they can use previous money earned to bet on sports games or fill out CPA offers to earn money to use to bet 4. If they lose they need to fill out more offers to get money to bet with 5. If they win they can keep betting or cash out once they get to $20 6. If a cash out it needs to email me 7. A VIP section for 10 dollars a month needs to be included (they get 100% of money made from CPA, standard gets 60%) 8.
