CRM System Including Invoicing

I am looking for someone to write a PHP/MySQL application for my business. The software needs the following functionality. - Field Staff Login - Field Staff Details (field staff can update their details) - Customer Login - Customer Details (customer can update their details) - Service Request Form (created by Admin including Customer Details (pulled from customer record) and allocate to Field Staff. Once entered, customer and field staff both receive email (structured different based on field staff or customer) also to provide a .CAL link or some kind of details link to import the new request into Google Calendar. - Close Out a job screen where after the job is completed, admin can put in field staff times (for time sheet) and also put link in for file downloads etc, when job closed off, the system to send email to field staff saying job is closed out and a customer message etc and also a thank you and follow up to customer for their booking and feedback request. Reporting requirements - Customer details list (like a phonebook) - field Staff details list (ike a phonebook) - Schedule of jobs total - Schedule of jobs per customer - Schedule of jobs per field staff - Service Requests not closed off This is the basics for now, more to be added later based on the details already entered above during everyday usage. If their is already a script or open source which does this and can be easily modified, happy to pay for the script and/or referral.
