Convert an HTML & PHP website into a Wordpress site

Clone and convert an HTML & PHP website into a Wordpress site - Custom Pages will be required. In total there are only 4 different page layouts used on this site. Please take a look at the site below. Current site: [login to view URL] The main product pages ([login to view URL]) uses a light box effect to display basically a miniature webpage for each product. Currently each of the 10 products are created from a HTML template that uses PHP code to simplify some of the processes. Each of those 10 pages are then "included" into the actual product page. These are not physical products I have for sale these are affiliate products so I DO NOT need a shopping cart. Everything you see with this site must be included in the final project. I need room for ad space, news ticker across the top, and other property drop down menu. It needs to be an almost perfect match but better... I need a better way of doing this. I need a more SEO friendly way of doing this. I'm open to suggestions. New site must be fully compatible with any current browser. That is another slight problem I have now.
