Convert PSDs to HTML/CSS (Not responsive) - repost

I have a PSD Design with 1 home page and 4 inner pages. I need a developer to convert them to HTML/CSS or CSS3. The layouts are simple and It has to be done in 24hrs. Here is a breakdown of what is needed: 1.) Convert PSDs to HTML/CSS (not responsive) 2.) Homepage Slideshow is a full screen slider (or Fullwidth but must look good in larger screens) 3.) A Simple Contact Form in Contact us Page 4.) Titles, headings, paragraphs are optimized for SEO (h1, h2, so forth) 5.) The PSDs are designed is for a 1280x800 screen but it also has to look good when being viewed in a 1920x1080 screen even if it is not a responsive site.
