Convert a Template to a Website

Need a "Rockstar Programmer" in PHP mostly, but also Javascript and AJAX. You need to be a Senior programmer to make this happen for me, as a programmer with a few years of experience can't make this - trust me! *** Please type ACQUA in the top, otherwise I won't respond as I want you to read the specs *** I need someone to create a complete website platform and also mobile application from a PSD that will be created by a designer the next 10 days. Corporate identity and a fully PSD will be provided, you can also view statistical pages of PIWIK (go to demo) to view what I'm looking for - and also an events listing page together with the blog. (everything for members only) I don't want to see your portfolio, I want a personalized message where you state your past years of experience. I expect a perfect result, no milestones will be released until I have seen that you can acctually perform what I'm looking for - simply because this is the 5th time I'm posting this. So, here's what I want: 1) Landing page as a front page with a login/register form (free sign up) - a background image. Footer links with more info that redirects into a responsive page-design. Logo in top center. 2) Once logged in the members pages should be a tracking solution for a marketing purposes for both the business that becomes a member but also for admin. (registration free). Design pretty exactly as [login to view URL] (it's open source code so anything can be used, however graphs will be provided in terms of design) 3) In the members pages should also be different menus (3 to be precise, exactly like PIWIK - top right, then next line logo (to the left), menu under logo, and one underneath) 4) The "dashboard-page" where members comes to first upon login should entail 3 videos with 3 different solutions etc. (videos not designed by you) and somewhere very elegantly to display upcoming events, perhaps under the videos 5) I will also need a "coming soon" page (which is also designed by designer), with a clear background, logo, text, and newsletter sign up only. That's it, as most of the design for this page can already be viewed on [login to view URL] (go to DEMO) It's pretty much the tracking / analytics that will take your time to code - but as PIWIK has open source it's great for you to take a look at. With this information it should be easy to be quite precise in your bidding of both price and time, so please spare my time with information as your portfolio as I won't take a look anyway - I'll view your past comments and you should have 8-10 years of experience to attract my interest. So what I'm looking for is a marketing & events platform that tracks user behavior in order to report information to companies that investes money in the platform to get their marketing communication out to their target audience. The platform is based on 5 elements: 1) For companies - free sign up for any events but Premium and PRO solutions for tracking marketing and getting ROI on their investments 2) Same solutions for Freelancers as companies 3) Social media kind of features for individuals that signs up for free and can spread information etc. + join job fairs and find interesting vacant jobs 4) PR Release backend module for media to sign up (for free) and get access to PR Releases by companies and also my business 5) The blog where companies post their news which are auto shared to various social medias (possible to enter where they want it shared, automatically to all of ACQUA sites of course) This is of course just the basics, a complete word document will be sent out to the person I believe can accomplish this. no milestone payment until I see final results, please understand my situation.
