Convert website to Typo3

We want to convert our websites from Joomla to Typo3. In that way we also want to move the content from our four websites to one domain. Requirements: - Coding of one website with Typo3 4.5 - Use the layout and design from [login to view URL] - 2 Menus: Left side and upper page o Left menu: Home, Development, Translation and Shop o Upper Page: Changes in dependency of left menu - Multilingual website, also download and shop area - Preparation of Arabic languages with mirrored layout. The template and typoscript have to be enabled to handle Arabic and Western languages. - First languages are English and German - Use of TYPO3 Localization Manager (l10nmgr) - News area on the right side - Download area, with categories - Shop area for the content from [login to view URL] - Move the multilingual content from the four domains [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] The first step for the freelancer is to select the necessary extensions and build a multilingual website with the correct design (for Western and Arabic languages) like the site dcc-project.de. Second step is to implement the results from step one to our server. The third step is the import all the texts, downloads and products from our four websites into the new one. After the first step we pay 1/3, after the third step we pay 2/3.
