Bid is to build 3 website. although related they must have own identity. 1st is corporate site for holding company, then rental car company, ( hertz franchise) and an insurance company. See attached specifications. All sites should be bilingual ( French/english with CMS back end for editing. The corporate site is very simple informative website, the insurance site needs a customer portal to download forms, forms should be dynamic, in other terms web site admin should have a portal to modify, upload and delete forms, and select where certain forms get routed. and end user should be able to fill those forms online or print them. Rental site, should have reservations portal, fleet page and specials page with CMS back end. All bidders must be able to communicate via skype, with working microphone and speakers, and should also be willing to use [login to view URL] for project management. Max time frame for all 3 sites is 45 days.
