Create Wordpress Site Design based on attached requirements

This project is to create a design IT Consulting Design for a main page, sub page, Wordpress Template, and then Integrate it into our servers based on the attached requirements.. We are looking for qualified site designers, that produces multiple reference's and example's of design and wordpress integration work. We would like to take the sample layout, and then turn it into a polished business site. Basic Affixis Project Requirements. -Create 3 design options for Affixis Technology Consulting web site. (Leverage attached design template PSD file for general concept / expectation) -Create design options for the Product Service Listing, Product Service Description, About Us, Contact Us Pages. -Integrate the selected Design into a Wordpress theme. -Drop Down Menu Bar Item's must link to a Page (Pages Section) and allow for unlimited sub pages and further sub page drop down menu bar item's. -Ensure the Theme name is labelled Affixis, and author is NetDigix Systems Inc. -Site must work with Plugin "All in One SEO Pack" -Site must work with Plugin "DB Cache Reloaded" -Site must work with Plugin "WP Super Cache" -Site must work with Plugin "WP Widget Cache" -Configure Custom Permalinks with /%category%/%postname%/ -Requires an editable header and footer section -Template must support widgets within the main body section, and on side bar's. -Ability to edit/post news related articles in a isolated news section, that has an widget rss feed for the main page, based on posts. -Check-in Wordpress Theme/Code into NetDigix Secure SVN Repository -Deployment of final code to Wordpress development environment, without modifying / requiring DB access. The only changes should be made within the wp-content directory of wordpress.
