I'd like to hire someone to build out a studiopress directory theme to act as a local lead generation system. The style/layout of the site should be built using the colors from the blue logo on the top left hand side in this photo, and it should look very similiar to this photo also (except for the color changes): [login to view URL] It must be built using 100% on site SEO practices so that it can rank high in serps for local search terms like house washing company in (city) (State) Or by house washing company (zip code).
