Create a directory website

Hi, There! I need to build a directory site. Features must be in the sites: i. The most important one is, the script must be google friendly one. Need to be quickly indexed on google. ii. User interaction should be speed and attractive, it must include all the latest features available. iii. The admin control panel must not be too difficult to handle. iv. The script should handle big databases, I have huge database of 275K business listings in particular country. Before Bidding on this project, i. I need to see sample directory site from the script you offering for me, model admin if possible . ii.
