Critique the code and function of our website to make it tip-top.

I am in need of a quality, experienced custom web developer that knows what they are doing in regards to code, and search optimization and architecture. Currently, I have a site that has been custom, from scratch, and needs help. We do not have the budget to restart, and the site is functional, but I do need a firing order to get the site into tip top shape, and any structure or design elements that should be improved on. SEO experience is a bonus, so if you have that as well please let me know. Issues we currently have involve dupe url structure, indexing issues, 302 errors, canonical misuse, missing features such as rss feed...just to name a few. This project will lead to another larger project when we launch a second website that will hopefully have all of these features at bay. I would like to discuss with any qualified devs.
