Custom Drupal Theme Designed & Implemented

this work is urgent - oniy bid if you can start right away. I have a fully functional site in drupal. What I want is to redesign it from the scratch. Only bid for this task if you have experience in designing themes for drupal and incorporating it with the existing sites. I only want a professional designer because the task is critical andand urgently needs to be completed. What I want : [ 1 ] Overall layout will be the same. For example where teasers are , where blocks are where headings are and where menus are [ 2 ] I want to design its custom look, I have some screenshots that can give you some idea. [ 3 ] You may have to design some small graphical elements to bring some character in design look. [ 4 ] Theme/design must follow standard css practices - i dont want any inline stuff that only 'manages' something for a while. I want a perfect modular solution. [ 5 ] I want it to make it work in every browser, on tablet pcs, so you will have to make sure that after your designing nothing breaks. If you have a good drupal design portfolio then do provide it, it should be your genuine work, I don't want to see any slight modifications in already popular open source drupal themes. check attached images - thats almost exactly how i want the theme to be. good luck bidding
