Custom Wordpress Theme, Etc...

My client wants to move from a flat HTML website to a new website on the Wordpress CMS. Client likes a clean look. The old website is: [login to view URL] My client wishes to retain the colors, fonts, and general appearance of the old website, but wants new features, information architecture, and content. A wireframe for the new webpage is at: [login to view URL] I will provide text and photographs after the freelancer is selected. My client is very concerned about the appearance of the website.
