Custom Wordpress Theme Needed With Custom Theme Options

I need a custom wordpress theme designed with custom theme options. This theme will be exclusively used for affiliate marketing and uploaded to multiple websites. Theme should have a built in option to upload a header theme, background, and logo image. Theme should have a box where I can paste custom scripts and things such as google analytics.
