Customize Jamroom 4 website (other social sites needed also)

I will need customization of a Jamroom 4 website to be prepared and ready for launch. It is already installed and up and running with great functionality. Although, I will need it upgraded to Jamroom 4. (license and package already purchased). I am also a web designer and developer but not advanced and so I will be able to make this project complete much smoother.

***This site will ABSOLUTELY require the development team to be knowledgeable in the following areas:

-Understanding of social media networking and "Web 2.0" standards

-Design and creating user-friendly interfaces

-Strong understanding of Jamroom 4 and developer platform

-Programming: HTML, PHP, AJAX, JavaScript (little but may be needed), SQL

I have attached drawn mockups of Home Page customization which will not be anything special from the default jamroom home page template but will require some customization.

Here are the tasks that need to be completed:

1) Upgrade to Jamroom 4. Jamroom 3 currently installed and customized. No need to save customized coding from orginal Jamroom platform already installed.

2) Create landing page that consists of only 3 things:

- Logo and site description

- Login form (ajax) (already part of core platform)

- Registration form (ajax) (already part of core platform)

- Take a Tour (A link that will take them to website. Although visitors will see everything, when they click on anything it should pop a (shadowbox) containing (Login field, registration field)

2) Customize template (minimum) and style as needed requirements below:

-The default jamroom template for 4 comes with rounded corner boxes around content. The layout should

be styled like [login to view URL], although with more urban colors.

-** A mock up of the home page is attached. (in my handwriting, lol) may be hard to read, although I will be able to guide and explain easy.

-** For the home page the following modules will reside: -**

-3 custom html ad spaces

-Top 10 Artists box

-Tabs (Ajax) - | Featured Artists | Feat. Songs | Feat. Video | Feat. News|

-Tabs2 (Ajax) - | Feat. News (articles) | Newest Posts (forum) | Newsest Fans |

-Free weekly dowload box - (Custom HTML)

-Featured Businesses (list)

3) Install and link Open Inviter module for Jamroom and and link/button

4) Language to change (easy :-)

(On User Profile)

- Click to Download --> Download Presskit

5) Create footer that will contain 4 columns of links as well as (Get FlashPlayer link, Submit button, search field, and ad banner space.

6) Style / Theme:

-Goal is to create an Urban theme. Should not be hard on the eyes either. It should look clean but modern/urban (web 2.0). It should not look too hip hop because this will be for multiple genres but should definately look urban. Although the shapes of the div boxes around the content should rounded corners like [login to view URL]

6) Configuration:

-Configure that Artists (Free) memberships will only be able to upload 4 songs and 2 videos for FREE. In order to upload more or sell digital products, they will need to have paid membership for $1.99 month.

-If artists have digital stores, they should be able to enter where the 'Buy' link will be directing user. (ie, iTunes, amazon, etc)

Upon successful completion we have 5 other social media networking sites that need customization, seo, and optimization. A company that we would be able to speak to over Skype or the phone and great communication is also required.

Please disregard the other social sites needing work. They are NOT a part of this posted project. Also, the bids are too high for what needs to be done.

the project price scope is now $250-$750.

Keep in mind that you will have the opportunity to do continuous work for our company.
