Dating Website *Proffesional industry standard*

Im looking for a professional experienced qualified freelancer to create a modern dating website. You will need to be able to work as a team with a fellow chosen freelancer who will be creating the design aspect of the website and you will be responsible for creating all aspects except the design. Whilst the design of the page and graphics of all parts of the blog will be designated to the other freelancer. The website will need to created by a freelancer with skills that can create the vision of the design freelancer which will need very high experience. *I want to make it understood that the layout of the dating site will not be a simple website job. I WILL NOT PAY SOMEONE UNLESS THE JOB IS DONE TO INDUSTRY LEVEL WITH MY APPROVAL. so please don't waste your or my time if your skill isn't up to standard. Because the website is going to have a modern look it will require a freelancer who is relevant with skills to complete more complex website features.
