clone a database driven website

I need a website similar to: [login to view URL] Website purpose and summary: A database of Lawyers and Legal professionals in Ontario, Canada Lawyers should be able to: 1. Create Profile 2. Modify existing profile that may or may not have been created by them. Existing profiles can be assigned to new user. 3. Upload pictures and video. Option should also be there to embed video from Youtube or Vimeo. User Experience 1. Users should be able to search by criteria such as location, postal code, type of practice, etc. Please be aware that Canada does not use a 5 digit zip code, but a 6 character 'postal code'. 2. Users should be able to login/connect through facebook 3. When displaying user profiles, email contact information should be hidden and not displayed for security reasons and for web bot collection reasons. Backend: It is important that the backend is flexible. 1. Services should be modular and can be turned on or off. 2. I should be able to make categories in the Registration profile mandatory or not, at a later time 3. Options to "feature" lawyers or law firms. 4. Mailing List: Ability to send emails to All users or by location/Practice Area / postal code / Last Name... etc. Ability to exclude specific addresses or criteria of addresses. 5. Calendar of Events: A web calendar that can be updated by "authorized" users. All users should be able to subscribe / unsubscribe to all calendar events or certain event types. 6.
