In any case quote for the design part separately. Important 4: Please please please don't PM copy paste generic stuff, it does not help your proposal, neither here nor anywhere else Important 5: Please note I have done some ground work and will allot this project ASAP. I may not be able to negotiate with you personally, so please provide your best quote, and realistic time for completion. Quality, time and price matter to me and in that order (of course there are boundaries) !!! Main part: I need to build a mobile recharge website similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.gorecharge.com. I am looking for a mobile, Dth and data card recharge portal with a mobile app. Apart from the usual recharge I ALSO NEED to build in some more logic. I am considering payment gateway as PAYU. I am still open to suggestions for this as well as the mobile recharge API. I would like to include the functionality of sending SMS details also on confirmation etc. to the user. I would take and own the entire source code. To convey all that I need I have drafted my basic requirements in MUCH MORE detail and will share them with those whom I like. Thanks, Happy bidding. (Budget Indicative, looking at the current scenario, please quote in rupees !!! ) Also please bear in mind that I would like to get into a contract mode for site maintenance. Payments would be in terms of milestones and 100% on time.
