Auction Tools Program

I am after a person who can make 3 programs that are a complete auction tool kit for sellers. I would like to have three seperate standalone programs set up from the information supplied in the attached zip file. The auction site I wish this to run for is www.trademe.co.nz. I have compiled a list of items I wish to be incorporated. Many of the invoice details came from the program available at [login to view URL] basically all the parts i want included in the software The other auction ideas have come from various auction tools already available on the market, so should be able to be created. Basically after easy 1 click programs that allows users to save time and automate selling on [login to view URL] I Will be wanting the coder to add some extra features to this program in the future if they do a great job, and once my other projects here are completed. There are 3 standalone programs required to be created. These all must adher to the fist Details are in the attached zip file. 1. A program that deals with all the items listed in the Auction Tools part of the document (25% will be paid to the coder after this is fully complete, tested and checked off) 2. A program that deals with all the items listed in the Emails part of the document (25% will be paid to the coder after this is fully complete, tested and checked off) 3. A program that has all the features that are listed in the the document (50% will be paid to the coder after this is fully complete, tested and checked off) Please refer to the attached file for more details for this project.
