Create a Count Down SCript Like This

I'm looking for someone to create a count down script similar to the one you'll see at the bottom of this site. <[login to view URL]> I want the count down script that you create to look better, graphic wise. I also want to be able to reset it and use it over and over, so I must be able to reset the times. Yes I know that this is an easy job, but I need someone very skilled to do it. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all
