DNN3 to DNN4 UPGRADE

Hello, I can not get (DOTNETNUKE) DNN3 to migrate to DNN 4. I am told that ASP.NET is horsed up because I had a beta 2.01xx installed. I cleaned out the registry and erased the beta stuff. Everything looks okay on the surface and I can run my DNN 2.2 site with ether ASP 2. or 1.4 and it works fine BUT I can not upgrade my DNN3 to DNN4 without this error: [[login to view URL]][1] *The specified module could not be found.
