Dectionary C++/ASP.NET PROJECT

We need a very professional C++ programmer to work on a dictionary program that works with datafiles on hard disk, but now this should be extended to having the datafiles on server, making Add-In’s for Explorer, Word, etc. There are approx. 50 different dictionaries, so we need good installation program, code system, automatic updating to hard-disk. The dictionaries will also be sold as a system where you can look up in them through Add-In’s in Word/Explorer, but with datafiles on server (Internet). This will require a good coding system as customers will need different dictionaries, valid until different dates, etc. For the right person/company this is a long-term job, as this is a continuing development. We have already been in business for 20 years. We will prefer not to be dependent on one person, as we may need immediate support and if the only programmer that know our program is unavailable, we have problems. We need someone that’s “always there?? and can answer questions from our customers regarding individual setups in various networks, OS’, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows - all versions
