Delphi Code Unfinnished to Complete

i have been working with a guy I met from this site for a couple of months now but he has disapeared leaving my project 99% complete? This is very strange and I hope he is ok but i do need the software completed. Attached is a client/host gps application. It all works ok but it has a few bugs that need ironing out. The main problem is in the first part of client code where it detects the gps device on com port. It detects the device ok, then it see that $GPRMC is present and valid but it does not connect to host and send the data after this point? Can you look at the client code and fix it. There may be more to fix after this point but hopefully not. If there is more to fix then we can come to a seperate agreement on price for further work. Attached is the client source and dependencies. I have also attached the client and host binaries. No host source included unless you need it later Thanks Chris ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
