A Pretty Simple Program to Work Within Microsoft Word

I am looking for someone to create a piece of software that works within Microsoft Word. It will be used to help students write bibliographies for their papers. (If you've ever done that, you know how painful and time consuming it can be!) Basically, there are very strict requirements for scholarly writers. When they use a source, they must cite that source in a very specific format. An example of MLA format for a book would be: Klier, Barbara. Education Reflecting Our Society. Information Plus Reference Ser. Detroit: Gale, 2000. What I want created is a piece of software that allows the user to fill basic information into fields such as: Author, Title, Publisher, Year Published, etc. and for the program to automatically output the information into the word document as described by the rules of the citation system. There are many different types of sources and each one has it's own format, so the user would choose the format and then manually put the information in the selected fields. It's important to me that the software be visually pleasing as well as functional. There are many more details about the specifics that I won't disclose until the singing of a non-disclosure agreement, but those don't affect the overall difficulty of the project. I wish I could program it myself, but it's been too long since I've done that sort of thing. From I do know about programming, this is not an overwhelmingly difficult project, because it's really just an additional feature to an already existing program, i.e. Microsoft Word. I would want to see previous work before finalizing anything. Previous jobs working withing MS Office, especially Word, would be a definite plus.
