Security lockdown of Web Server - Windows 2000 Server - Needs to be made bulletproof

I have recently purchased a Dell Server. I will have a web site running off of this server and need help with locking down the entire system from hackers. I have had problems with hackers in the past and cannot spend my entire day battling them. I need a “white hat hacker?? to help me configure my server before I start the process of moving my site from the old server. I am also moving to a high-end host. Work will start once I move my server to the host, slated for late January. Currently, the server is at my house, where I am installing software.
