Customise filtering mechanism + minor tweks

It is a Wordpress site for a local estate agency in Crete - Greece. The theme used is Angular from Kriesi. Project URL: [login to view URL] PART 1 - Filtering The current status is: If you navigate to one of the 4 main categories (Houses, Land, Businesses, Rent) u ll get a page with a sortable portfolio of 12 properties per page. Now, if u select a category filter from the top left (each main category has some subcategories - i.e for Houses there are 3: Apartments, For renovation and Ready to live in), then filtering occurs ONLY to the 12 properties that are displayed per every page of the pagination. The desired effect is: When a user selects a filter/subcategory it should apply to all properties, not just those on the page, and the filter should continue to apply as you move through the pages, unless selected differently. At the end of the project filtering has to work flawlessly and changed files should be included in already existing child theme. PART 2 - Minor tweaks Each property/listing has 5 meta fields - Price, Size, Area, Region, Code. I would like to dynamically add a symbol of euro before the price value...and the meter squared symbol after the size value. As u will notice there are 3 steps in viewing a property: 1. The grid view 2. The expanded view 3. The single page. The symbols have to appear in all 3 stages and the altered files have to be included in the child theme. --- NOTES Skype is the only preferred communication means + emails for resolution points.
