Customizing the WeEngineer plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1 On desktop the site uses the Weaver 2.2.6 theme as customized by a programmer. On mobile the uses the Yoko theme as customized by a programmer. This is achieved by the Mobile Smart plugin. It seems that some of the customization in the themes was done be a custom plugin created for me named WeEngineer I am currently in the process of preparing to change the Weaver 2.2.6 theme to the Weaver II Pro 1.2.98 theme For this I built a test site on [login to view URL] I still want the Yoko theme to be displayed on mobile the way it does now. When the WeEngineer plugin is active the Yoko theme looks good. The thing is that the plugin affects some aspects of the desktop theme. This is not good. When the WeEngineer plugin is deactivated, some of the Yoko theme customization is lost. This is not good either. What I want? I want the freelancer to amend the WeEngineer plugin so that it causes only the changes to the Yoko theme. It should not affect the Weaver II Pro 1.2.98 theme. Freelancer should send me an amended version of the plugin. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should send me a zip file of the plugin to install. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid. Attached are the custom Yoko theme and plugin.
