Develop a WordPress Reports Plugin

I manage a blog with multiple authors and I need the ability to monitor progress and performance. I need to develop a WordPress plugin for managers of blogs with multiple authors so they can measure an individual or multiple author's posts performance. It will do this by simply running a set of queries against the database and reporting the results dynamically to the screen. The results should be live i.e I should be able to modify the results and drill down still further by filtering the results further. Generated reports should be saved so that they can be viewed again in the future, and there should be a feature to allow the manager to compare reports (with +/- percentage indicators) I need to be able to export the results to CSV and to a professionally designed HTML report for sharing It should be a true plugin that can be installed, activated and deactivated from any WordPress blog. I have a slightly more detailed specification document I can send to the winning bidder with a suggested diagram of of the report selection page. My budget for this job is $50 USD. Please do not bid more than this amount if you want to be considered for this project
