Add PHP code(repost)

I need a person who knows PHP to set up CSS style sheets with PHP applied to the web site pages that have been designed in Front Page with the Front Page HTML Editor. Front Page experience is required. This first project would be with 3 pages before a second project would be offered to the coder for a bid to include more pages. The PHP page must use the same top border and left navigation border. The top border colorful design contains 3 images and the left border has a table with cells for the use of text links. The same body text would be used for the PHP pages. You need to know how a form is set up in Front Page and how it's used with PHP. The web site theme is about Italian gifts and wines. More information will be furnished upon request. Each page is subject to approval to verify that the page is properly working before starting work on the second page. I do not have knowledge of PHP. I do have fair knowledge of html and have worked mostly with WYSIWYG, using Front Page. I must be able to use Front Page with your PHP. If possible, it would be an advantage if Front Page could be used to edit the html in the page and that PHP does not prohibit or make it difficult to use with Front Page. The work should be finished within 10 days. Please send me one or two of pages you have that contains PHP, let me know if you own or have used front page to do what I've described above, and your experience with FP extensions when PHP is used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
