Add a Video Chatroom To My Site

I have an adult Classified website that I would like to add a video chat room to it. Chat room should be embedded Maybe using java or a similar software that is compatible to everyone. It should also enable at least 12-16 cameras on at any one time with unlimited user texting. Basically there should be texting in the chat room, instant messaging if a user decide to instant message another, voice and video chat. A chat room similar to tinychat is what I am looking for. And if you're able to embed a tinychat chatroom in my site that is fine too. Visitors will have to create a temporary screen name and go through captcha before they enter chat. I should be able to control what goes on in there and temporary ban/remove users from chat if needed. I'm not a programmer so im not sure how all this work or whats the best way to do it. So if you know a better way you think this might work, I am open to ideas. Also Please be fluent in English, that way there will be no confusions between us and I can get exactly what I want.
