Blog w/ Creative Design - Movable Type Poker Site

Design and develop a poker blog site using Movable Type Templates. Need an experienced MT wizard with creative design skills. I've listed some requirements, but would also be open for suggestions by an experienced blog developer. This is for a poker blog, looking for some cool style. More details on the design below in the requirements. Poker is the theme, but I want this site to have some hiphop/rockstar "bling" to it. Little bit of attitude.
