Computer Forensic Web Site Developement

We are in the development stages of a Computer Forensic Consulting Business and we need a professional-looking website designed and developed for our business. We would prefer the site be developed in Joomla or Mambo with customized templates and graphics that stand out. But Joomla or Mambo does not have to be the platform. The site does have to be able to have some form of easy to use content management to allow for updates by us in an easy manner. We do not want some cheap template knock-off. We want professional quality with superior graphics. You will need to design to my specifications as far as colors, layout, etc. While we can work with the winning bidder on more specifics that can go into the final web site product, we envision the site to be CSS driven and web 2.0 ish with JavaScript, some flash and division tags, 2/3 column layout and information driven/content driven. There is no e-commerce or product inventory so there may not be a need for a back end DB except to serve up graphics if needed. Our site is basically an informational place holder which will explain our computer forensic consulting services, who we are and how to get in contact with us with some additional links to recent legal news and other information and site. Pretty simple really. We can provide links to other computer forensic consulting sites that we would like our site to model. If you are interested in this project, please provide links to Joomla or mambo-powered sites you have designed or other over all web design work that you have completed. I will provide all of the actual content for the site. The template must install from the Joomla or mambo Menus or other easy to use content interface. I should not have to manually upload a bunch of files or muck around in the template code to get it to install correctly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, and all 3.0+ versions of IE and Netscape, mozilla, safari etc...
