Create PHP API Scripts for Assistly

We are using Assistly as our CRM software.

I want to take advantage of their API ([url removed, login to view]) however I am not familiar enough with PHP to create the scripts required to pull data.

I'd like someone to create 1 login script and 4 scripts as examples of how to to do this.

Script 1 - Connect

Script 2 - Case

Script 3 - Customer

Script 4 - Interaction

Script 5 - Users

The scripts should create a CSV of all the information they gather and email me the results.

I will provide login to assistly sandbox environment, where you will create the API Applications to get the scripts authenticated and working.
