DevExpress Controls - Create Visual Basic 2008 GUI

I need a Visual Studio 2008 (VB .Net) solution created that uses WinForm controls by DevExpress for the user interface. Due to the nature of the application I am developing, I need for the user interface to be created at runtime.

The user interface will be created based on settings that are stored in an XML-based config file.

I need someone who knows Visual Studio 2008, Visual Basic .Net, and DevExpress very well.

## Deliverables

There are no tasks such as saving back changes. This project is not about the data - it is about creating the user interface.

The program can then be closed, the config file changed, and then run again - and the screen will look different.

The DevExpress controls that will be used include:

• XtraLayoutControl - Auto arrangement of individual controls, proportional resizing, and resolution independence

• XtraGrid Suite - .Net WinForms Grid - Unbound

• XtraNavBar

• XtraTreeList

DevExpress also has a .NET Skinning Engine that must be used. The name of the skin to use will be read in from the config file. The following skins must be implemented:

• Blue

• Black

I need for you to use the latest release of DevExpress, which is version 8.2.6
